On behalf on The Indulge Event, LLC,  I invite you to be a sponsor of The Indulge Event. With your support we continue to provide a platform for small business owners an opportunity to showcase their business to the community; as well as providing support within the community with special projects.

The Indulge Event, LLC is a 10-year self-funded company whose mission and goal is to continue to enrich the community by nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit in the Miami Valley. With over 85 businesses that participate from around the Tri-City area, Atlanta, Florida, Alabama, Indiana and our guest attendance close to 1000. We are not just an event/expo; we provide services for businesses owners such as marketing, vending etiquette, head shots and etc.

There are various levels of sponsorship for The Indulge Event. See the sponsorship levels below.

$5000- Title Sponsorship Package: 

  • Your business advertising on the front cover of postcards and program book.

  • Advertised on all Media releases/Social media/Websites.

  • (2) 10x10 Booths & (2) 8 ft dressed table at the event.

  • Mic time at the event to address guests.

  • Full page Ad in the program book.

  • Logo on back of t-shirts and on welcome sign.

  • Advertisement in swag bags to 100 guests and vendors.

  • Mentions on all pre & post-event interviews.

  • Maximum of two businesses may participate in this package.*

$2000-Section Sponsorship Package:

  • Your business will be spotlighted with visible 9 ft double sided signage as reference for vendors and guests.

  • Advertised on all Media releases/Social media/Websites.

  • 10 x 10 Booth & 8 ft dressed table at the event.

  • 1/2 page Ad in the program book.

  • Logo on back of t-shirts.

  • Advertisement in 100 swag bags to 100 guests and vendors.

  • Mentions on all pre & post-event interviews.

  • Maximum of seven businesses may participate in this package.*

$1000-Stage Sponsorship Package:

  • The Indulge Stage becomes presented by your business with your business banner. The stage is used for fitness demonstrations, fashion shows, entertainment/concert and etc.

  • Advertised on all Media releases/Social media/Websites.

  • 1/4 page Ad in the program book.

  • Advertisement in 100 swag bags to 100 guests and vendors.

$750-T-Shirt Sponsorship Package:

  • Your business logo will appear on the back of the Indulge Event T-Shirt and handed out to 100 of our guests.

  • Business logo in the program book.

  • Maximum of 10 businesses may participate in this package.*

$500-Name Badge Sponsorship Package:

  • Your business will sponsor the event name badge worn by vendors and team members.

  • Your logo and business name will be represented on name badge.

  • Business logo in the program book.

$100-Welcome Sign Sponsorship Package:

  • Your business logo will be on the event welcome sign at the registration table.

  • Logo .jpeg high resolution; submit with contract and payment.

  • Maximum of 10 businesses may participate in this package.*

Indulge Full Color Program Book (8.5"w x 11"h): 

  • Will be distributed to vendors and guests. As well as archived online for access long  after the event.

  • Submission Deadline by September 30th by 5:00 PM EST.

  • Logo and Ad .jpeg High Resolution

  • Send your Ad design to theindulgeevent@gmail.com.

  • If you want our team to design the Ad, include $50 design fee.

     * $100 - Business Card Ad  (Size: 4"w x 2.625"h)

     * $200 - Quarter Page Ad  (Size: 4"w x 5.25"h)

     * $300 - Half Page Ad   (Size: 8"w x 5.25"h Landscape only)

     * $500 - Full Page Ad  (Size: 8"w x 10.5"h)

     * $1000 - Back Cover (Size: 8"w x 10.5"h)

     * $2500 - Front Cover (Size: 8"w x 10.5"h)
